Shipping Policy
United States: Shipping is free for orders over $150. If your order is under $150, we offer Economy, Standard, and Expedited shipping options at checkout.
Return Policy:
Due to their custom nature, gift boxes are not returnable. Seasonal items can also not be returned (Halloween, Christmas, etc). All other products can be returned within 14 days of delivery date. To be eligible for return, products must be unused and in their original packaging (this includes the outer cellophane of the puzzle boxes if applicable).
Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable.
To make a return, please email us with your order number, a list of products to be returned, and the reason for the return. We'll get back to you within two business days.
