Help! My puzzle is missing a piece.

Missing pieces are a puzzlers worst nightmare! You’ve just finished your beautiful new puzzle only to discover it’s missing a piece. No worries- we’re here to help!

After you’ve checked the area around your table, your kids’ and pets’ favorite hiding places, and confirmed with the family prankster that they aren’t playing the world’s most annoying trick on you, send us an email at hello@puzzleweekend.com so we can help.* Please include your name, order number, and two photos of the puzzle- one of the entire puzzle, and a close up of the missing piece. 

*We offer missing piece replacements for Puzzle Weekend brand puzzles only. If the missing piece is from a puzzle made by one of the other fabulous brands we carry, we will help you get in touch with the brand. All piece replacements are subject to the rules of each individual puzzle brand. 

My order is a gift! Can you hide pricing on the packing label?

Yep! We never include pricing on packing labels. Feel free to add a note for your recipient during checkout, and we'll add it to the packing slip.

Do you take custom orders for corporate gifting?

Absolutely! Please fill out the form on our contact page or email us at hello@puzzleweekend.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

I ordered a curated box with add-ons. Will everything be sent in one gift box?

It depends on the quantity and size of the items. In most cases, we will ship everything in our custom mailer boxes. If not all items fit, we will ship both the mailer and add-ons in a larger box.

Shipping + Returns

How is shipping calculated?

United States: Shipping is free for orders over $125. If your order is under $125, we offer Economy, Standard, and Expedited shipping options at checkout.

When can I expect to receive my order?

We do our best to process orders within 3-5 business days (often sooner!). Your delivery time will depend on the options you select during checkout.

Please note that once shipped, most orders arrive in 5-8 business days. However, larger packages and orders going to Hawaii and Alaska may take longer.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to the U.S. only. We'd love to offer more international shipping in the future! Sign up for our newsletter for updates.

Do you accept returns?

Due to their custom nature, gift boxes are not returnable. All other products can be returned within 14 days of delivery date. To be eligible for return, products must be unused and in their original packaging (this includes the outer cellophane of the puzzle boxes if applicable).

Please note that shipping costs and tax are nonrefundable.

To make a return, please email us at hello@puzzleweekend.com with your order number, a list of products to be returned, and the reason for the return. We'll get back to you within two business days.

My product arrived damaged. Can you help?
